I have dissected the components of a Sample Spell/Manuever card layout, and a Sample Combat card. I can take car of everything but the art, though suggestions are more than welcome.

The cards will be 2 ³/₄ inches wide and 3 ¹/₂ tall. Here's a Sample Mat. I've got the original Photoshop file with guides and at higher DPI if you'd like it.
